Reminder for the Ladies

SASSY Women out there, I just wanted to remind you all to love yourselves first.  This is partly inspired by all the drama around Rihanna taking Chris Brown back, watching this on Friday, and Steve Harvey’s new book (Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment – I’ve got to get my hands on that), I wanted to offer a friendly reminder to love yourself.  It’s a rough world out there and you need to remember to care of yourself and your needs first.

Easier said than done. Especially when you never inherently learned how to love yourself. (How many of our mothers self sacrificed for their family / husband/man – you learn how to receive and give love from your mother).
